Frisch scholarship
The Frisch Centre receives applications for the Frisch Scholarship every year. Deadline for applications is 15. May, and every year a maximum of four scholarships of NOK 20 000 each will be awarded. The scholarship is intended for Oslo-based Master students in economics who will be writing their Master Thesis during the following year. The thesis should ordinarily be finished by September the following year. Recipients will receive a supervisor at the Frisch Centre, an opportunity to participate in the research environment of the Frisch Center and if posible also receive an office space at the Center (3-4 months).
Applications are received by e-mail at frisch at frisch.uio.no. Include the phrase "Frischstipendet" eller "Frisch Scholarship" in the subject field. The application should include a CV, up-to-date grade transcript and a brief description of what you plan to write your thesis on. Though the thesis topic is up to you, the scholarship will prioritize topics that thematically fit the research portfolio of the centre. If you have further questions, please contact Nina Drange.
