Project description
The project focuses on groups who are highly exposed to (long-term) unemployment, low wages and earnings. Policies to improve their labour market performance will be analysed. In one part of the project we analyse the connection between individual wages (productivity) and unemployment exposure. In another part of the project we focus on the possibility of improving productivity and job-prospects by means of public training programs. In both parts, empirical and theoretic analyses will be linked together.
