Abstract |
I dette notatet gir vi en innføring i noen helseøkonomiske problemstillinger. Notatet bygger på forelesninger holdt av Tor Iversen våren 1997 ved Universitetet i Oslo for hovedfagsstudenter i sosialøkonomi. Helseøkonomi er læren om hvordan ressurser allokeres til, og innenfor helsesektoren. Helseøkonomi bygger i særlig grad på mikroøkonomisk teori (velferdsteori, tilpasning under usikkerhet, spillteori, konsument- og produksjonsteori m.v.), og økonometri
og statistikk er nyttige metodeverktøy. |
