Evaluering av tilskuddsordningen for organisasjoner for personer med nedsatt funksjonsevne

Abstract Rapporten tar for seg driftstilskuddet til organisasjoner for personer med nedsatt funksjonsevne. Driftstilskuddet gis i form av tre deler: Basis-, medlems- og skjønns-tilskudd. Rapporten drøfter hvordan regelendringen i 2005 har påvirket tilskuddet til organisasjonene, samt organisasjonenes insentivene til å slå seg sammen. Videre antydes hvordan ordningen kan justeres for å oppfylle Sosial- og helsedirektoratets målsettinger.
