Project description

The purpose of this project is to study the interrelationships between cultural, social and economic driving forces for sustainable development, by developing and testing empirically economic models for analysis of norms and social identity. Specific sub-goals are as follows: Analyze the interrelationship between social identity and environmental behavior, emphasizing behavior in firms and/or in groups Test theoretical predictions using laboratory experiments Strengthen the research on the interface between behavioral economics and environmental economics through the education of a PhD student.
